Canastra Mountain and the Coffee farms

To enhance the natural richness of the fauna and flora of “Serra da Canastra”, in the Alta Mogiana region of Minas Gerais, and encourage the preservation of such beautiful species, the group of specialty coffee growers associated with Cocapil identified their farms and coffee profiles with a typical animal or famous symbol from the origin.
